Muskaan Makkar is a freshman at the University of South Carolina Honors College, pursuing a B.S. in Public Health with a Law & Society minor on the pre-law track. Muskaan is an advocacy fellow for the Fund for Global Health, and she is a Freshman Council member on the Inclusion & Equity Committee. Her interests in global health, leadership, and inclusion all influenced her research topic choice, which focuses on environmental racism and justice.
