Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) has a rich history in the United States and around the world. Also known as Instant Runoff Voting, RCV is a preferential voting system that some think could improve our current system. Although RCV is an imperfect system, according to Arrow’s Theorem, no voting system is perfect.
